Did the holiday season sneak up on you? Are you scrambling to find the perfect last minute gifts for your family and friends? Luckily, I too am a holiday-shopping procrastinator. So whether you are looking for a late holiday gift or one for the new year, her are the best gifts that are available and easy to find!
For the Homebody
Now more than ever we are spending more time at home, and in order to stay warm during this winter season here are some perfect gifts to someone who loves staying inside. Fluffy blankets are a must in every household during winter and they are always in stock at Target. Fuzzy socks are also a perfect stocking stuffer and is a gift that is easy to find anywhere. Since quarantine, puzzles have been a popular item that many have enjoyed to fill time. Puzzles are a great gift to get because no two puzzles are the same, and if you are buying gifts for someone who likes to spend time at home doing a fun activity, puzzles are the way to go. The last gift I recommend for your favorite homebody is a nice pair of slippers. These may be harder to find and you might have to deliver them after the holidays, but everyone living in the Northeast should own a warm pair of slippers to keep their feet warm during these freezing months.
For the Gamer
Do you know someone who spends all their free time playing nonstop video games? Well, here are some gifts to get the gamer in your group. Every gamer could use some new accessories to make gaming more enjoyable. This includes a new controller for their console (Xbox, Playstation, etc) or my personal recommendation which is a wireless headset (ps. This could also be a gift for you since it helps minimize the noise coming from the T.V.). If you are really stuck with to get, a gift card for Xbox, Playstation, Nintendo, etc is the safe choice and are easy to find.
For the Bookworm
Unless you know specific types of books the person you are shopping for likes, buying for the book lover in your group may be difficult. A popular gift to give this season are book subscriptions, some of the more well-known audiobook subscription services include Audible, Audiobooks, and Apple Books. This is a great gift to get someone because it allows them to choose their own book instead of you trying to find one that you think they might like. For those who like to read hardback or paperback books, a gift to get is a nice bookmark. Barnes & Noble sells a variety of durable and unique bookmarks that make reading fun! Another simple gift to get someone is a Barnes & Noble gift card, because let’s be honest reader or not, anyone could spend hours looking around there.
For the Beauty Guru
There are a ton of easy gifts that any beauty guru will love. First, for someone who loves their spa nights face masks and bath bombs are a great choice. You can find these items at any Target, Ullta, or Sephora and they are always in stock. Another perfect stocking stuffer for anyone who likes to follow the trends are scrunchies or rubber hair bands. If you know someone who is constantly complaining about creases in their hair, these two items are a necessity for them. Other gifts like nail polish, Chapstick, or make-up brushes are also little gifts that are great to add in.
